1- Quality profiles for each position is set. We choose candidates best fit the profiles.
2- We use " open performance assessment" system.
3- Our inner sources , the hotel employees has the priority in vacant positions Positions and qualifications required are announced to employees with a job advert in the establishment.
5- Promotion is directly proportional to achievement. It provides authority, responsibility and salary increase. In order to take the higher position,the employee need to have characteristics such as the required quality profile of the terms of position, information and experience. But the most important criteria is the performance level.
6- Salary System :the salary packet includes gross salary and four premiums a year. Besides, our employees have some social reliefs .
