Crowne Plaza prepares training programs that best fit the development needs of the employees. Training are organized as class trainings and/or on-the-job training. Recruitment Human Resources and Training Departments, examine and pick the best fit resumes from the application pull which consists of applications from the web page, from kariyer.net and from applications that are filled in person in our hotel. Chosen applicants are called in for an interview. In the interview the appropriatness to quality profile is done, preferred applications are invited to work after reference research. Full time and part time recruitment is done in our hotel.

Our aim to create internship opportunities is to support schools that serve that sector and to realize the value of students who are potentional employees in the long term. We give this opportunity both to high school and college students.
