If the guaranteed reservation is not cancelled before 16:00 on the arrival day , one night accommodation will be charged from the credit card.

  Hotel is an environmentally friendly building that is also durable against earthquakes;It is built in accordance to the Construction Regulation for earthquake areas of 1st degree (resistant to an earthquake 9/11) where 850 piles are used going in a depth of 50 cm diameter and 35 meters.
  Whole heating of the hotel and hot water need is provided by geothermal water.
  Sea water is used for the chilling system providing 50 % electricity saving.
  The hotel is producing ''the tab water'' with Reverse Osmoses system in world standards.
  The waste water is being conducted before decomposition to the sewer system.

  Simply Safe program is an approved program by the major tour operators and other than tourism industry; it is also used in catering, civil aviation industry and also for the overseas operations of British Army.
