Crowne Plaza prepares training programs that best fit the development needs of the employees. Training is organized as class trainings and/or on-the-job training.

OUR HUMAN RESOURCES POLICIES

  1. We choose candidates best fitting to set profiles for each position.
  2. We use open performance assessment system.
  3. Our inner sources, the hotel employees, have the priority in vacant positions.
  4. Promotion is directly proportional to achievement. It provides authority, responsibility and salary increase. In order to take the higher position, the employee needs to have characteristics such as the required quality profile of the terms of position, information and experience. But the most important criteria are performance level.
  5. Salary System: the salary packet includes gross salary and four premiums a year. Besides, our employees have some social relieves.
     

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
At our annually organized night, our friends forget about the tiredness of a whole year by having fun with their families.
We store energy by welcoming summer with Staff picnics and enjoy the pleasure of team spirit.


EMPLOYMENT
Human resources department makes the research concerning the available positions through www.kariyer.net and also evaluates the CV data bank composed of the application forms of candidates who came to the hotel and filled the form personally. The selected candidates are invited for interview. The convenient candidates are invited to start working after the qualification convenience analysis made during the interview and also reference control. In our hotel the employment is made for fulltime and part-time jobs.

 

TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
Our aim is to create internship opportunities to support schools serving the sector and to have the chance to meet our potential employees in the long term.
